Selection procedure

When we analyse your profile against the job positions we currently have, we pay attention to both your qualifications and your personality, and therefore you can be sure that you fit the prospective company’s environment.

 

We select 2-4 candidates to one position, and then we send an anonymous profile to the future employer. The company will afterwards invite you to a job interview at their premises. Then you can present yourself and hear more about them and the tasks.
